Will NOT, I repeat NOT stop the Apples from having the BEST Family vacation EVER!!!
Now...this is what I would call SERIOUS boot camp like training....
YESSSS....it is so MUCH FUN no matter how cold or windy it is!!!
After hours of sand surfing, we take a little slower pace and do some sight seeing.
The "nerdy" history lover in me comes out and the rest of the family partake even though they would rather NOT...thank you kids and hubby for filling my "cup"!!!
I LOVE, LOVE. LOVE lighthouses and the Outer Banks have them EVERYWHERE!!!
Along with the famous Wright Brothers Memorial.
Oh...I can not get enough of the lighthouses and what a beautiful day to visit them!
To take a break from all the driving...we stop and enjoy the waters of Pea Island...note it really is 55 degrees on the mainland which means it probably is about 35 degrees near the water. However, it is not stopping the boy and his dog from soaking it all in!
Mommy is not so much into getting in the water, but I will take a photo with the boy as the sun is setting, the wind is fierce, and the temps are dropping!
To end our day...we hit one last lighthouse just for ME!!!
Ohhhh...I can NOT wait to see what tomorrow brings!!!!
Thank you GOD for giving us this TIME together and it is only Wednesday!!!

I love the videos and I too have been thinking about you guys all week. I am glad the weather isnt stopping you! What is with this weather anyway. It is pretty chilly here too. We are off to the zoo today, hopefully the rain will hold off and it will be warm enough! Have fun!!!
